Among the “A, A” Partners of Choice Award winners were: DuPont; Eaton Corp.; Honeywell; and Trane.
Special recognition was given to Trane for being named to the list three years running. “Receiving the ‘A, A’ Partners of Choice Award is the highest compliment we can pay our trading partners. It’s very hard for a company to achieve an A rating in quality and service for the entire year. In some instances, we have partners who have done it for three consecutive years,” said Bill Justus, vice president of Supply Chain Services for David Weekley Homes.
“This is extraordinary, especially when you consider the breadth of the survey and the changing environment. For Trane and its supply chain partners to achieve an A rating in both quality and service for three consecutive years is remarkable.”
Recognized for achieving an ‘A’ status in service were A.O. Smith and Lennox Industries.
“Lennox has enjoyed an over 10-year relationship with David Weekley Homes,” said John Webster, Lennox director, residential new construction (RNC). “Since the inception of the National Trading Partners Survey program, Lennox territory managers and our RNC dealers have worked extremely hard to provide exceptional customer service for our customers. Receipt of this prestigious award exemplifies and validates their efforts and is a result of the exceptional customer service provided by our Lennox RNC dealers.”
