Exaktime - The JobClock System: Attendance, Time System
January 15, 2007
The PocketClock tracks worker attendance via a Palm Pilot. Workers clock themselves in and out using a personalized PIN. When a worker clocks in, the person is prompted for the jobsite location and the cost code the person is performing. At the end of the pay period, all the records download into the TimeSummit PC software. From there, accurate timecards and detailed reports summarized by employee, jobsite, and activity can be printed. The system also recognizes if a PIN belongs to a supervisor and makes available extra tools such as the ability to clock in and out for an entire crew or to set the default jobsite for everyone. The PocketClock is designed to integrate with the JobClock® System, and both the JobClock and PocketClock can be used by the same company.
