ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill., and WALTHAM, Mass. - Lime Energy and American DG Energy announced that they have entered into a mutual referral agreement to cross market their products and services. Lime Energy is a leading energy efficiency technology and engineering company. American DG Energy supplies distributed power generation systems.
David Asplund, CEO of Lime Energy, said, "While we at Lime Energy provide our customers with leading conservation and efficiency solutions for lighting and HVAC applications inside the building, we recognize that there are other significant technologies our customers can implement to further reduce electricity operating costs. Specifically, by installing cost effective and reliable distributed power generating systems customers can save additional money. We believe that in American DG Energy, we get a co-marketing partner that offers leading edge, on-site generation solutions in an affordable format our customers often seek. Their On-Site Utility solution provides customers with energy systems without requiring any upfront capital, operating costs, or system responsibility. In addition, Lime will gain access to American DG Energy's customers that are looking at additional energy saving options for inside their facilities, specifically our bread and butter lighting and HVAC energy efficiency solutions. We believe this agreement represents a natural fit for our company and enables us to provide a broader range of options for our customers while expanding our sources of future revenues."
