DES MOINES, Iowa - John von Harz is joining the online job Website MEPatWORK as president/COO. The announcement comes as the company celebrates 10 years providing career and hiring solutions for the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general construction industries.
MEPatWORK noted that von Harz brings extensive experience in customer-centric technology solutions, including Web-based content, applications, and network operations. Along with having overall operational responsibility, von Harz will lead corporate strategy and shareholder governance.

Growth will be achieved through scaling the company’s proven direct sales and servicing model, expanding the awareness of the company’s brands, and layering in new value-added services. von Harz believes this will solidify the job board’s position within the construction industry, as well as open doors to other markets.
