ROCKVILLE, Md. - The Mechanical Contracting Education and Research Foundation (MCERF) is sponsoring student internship grants for members of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA).

Grants are offered to promote internships for undergraduate students majoring in academic disciplines applicable to the mechanical construction industry (i.e., construction management, mechanical engineering, etc.). The grant matches a portion of the student's salary. The amount for this year is $2,500.

Those eligible for a grant include an MCAA member who is a mechanical construction, mechanical service, or plumbing contractor, or a manufacturer or supplier who is a member of MCAA's Manufacturer/Supplier Council.
