NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Ferguson Enterprises, a nationwide wholesale distributor of plumbing supplies, piping, waterworks, building materials, and heating and air conditioning products, has announced plans to double the size of its Richland, Wash., distribution center.

Ferguson plans to expand the current 340,000-square-foot distribution center by adding another 300,000 square feet in order to meet what the company says is expected future growth in its Pacific Northwest business.

The company expects to have the expanded facility in operation by next summer.
