ROCKVILLE, Md. - The Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) has released its newly revisedLabor Estimating Manual (LEM). According to the association, theLEMputs current, accurate, and comprehensive labor units per project task available at an estimator's fingertips.
The manual is available in three formats: paper, CD-ROM, or online. Each version is offered as a leased item and requires a lease agreement and payment of an annual maintenance fee.
