April 28, 2005: AMCA International Revises Publications 211 And 311

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. - The Air Movement and Control Association International (AMCA International) has announced revisions to two standards, Publication 211-05, "Certified Ratings Programme â€“ Product Rating Manual for Fan Air Performance," and Publication 311-05, "Certified Ratings Programme â€“ Product Rating Manual for Fan Sound Performance."

Additions to Publication 211-05 include a Certified Rating Program for Efficiency and a Certified Rating Program for Jet Tunnel Fans.

Publication 311-05 now includes all the required catalog statements, previously found in Publication 301, with added clarity on what sound performance data is certified and what data is not.

Both of the publications are available at AMCA International's Web site (www.amca.org) at a cost of $20 for AMCA members and $40 for non-members.
