Jim Johnson, hvacr author and instructor, has announced that he is providing an Internet newsletter specifically for hvacr technicians. “Jim Johnson’s HVAC/R Technician Newsletter” will be provided via e-mail monthly and free of charge to technicians.

According to Johnson, subjects, both technical and non-technical, will include such topics as communication skills, sales skills, and time management.

“Every month we’ll present a short article on the technical side related to either electricity, refrigeration, or air flow,” said Johnson. “And we’ll also devote some space each month to a professional and personal development topic.”
