The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) E-Business Task Team is currently developing a Web-based “clearinghouse” of current e-business solutions available to HRAI member companies.

This initiative is part of the strategy approved by the HRAI members at the 2002 National Assembly. The objective of the clearinghouse is to provide HRAI members with a resource that provides information on the variety of e-business solutions that are available to HVACR businesses today and allow members to assess which solutions might be of value to their individual businesses.

To accomplish this task, the team has approached a number of potential service providers who could develop the Web site for HRAI. A number of proposals were received by the end of February and the task team will be reviewing these at its next meeting in April.
