Roberts Geothermal needed only a small excavator and drill rig in order to create the necessary geothermal boreholes for the EarthLinked Technologies Prime Series geothermal renewable energy system.

Once the renovation is complete, the 100-plus-year-old home will feature radiant heating throughout its two stories as well as in the basement and attic. Homeowner Jarmila Senkyrikova said she hopes the house will soon be a net-zero-energy building.
