Manufacturers showcase new products at 2016 AHR Expo

Nearly 61,000 HVAC industry representatives enjoyed sun and reasonable temperatures as the 2016 AHR Expo rolled into Orlando, Florida. Preliminary numbers show that more than 18,254 exhibitor personnel welcomed 42,672 visitors.

According to the survey, 86 percent of exhibitors are confident about their business prospects in 2016, with 14 percent answering “excellent” and 62 percent selecting “good.” Only 14 percent rated conditions poor or offered no opinion.
After receiving a record number of Innovation Award entries for the 2016 show, the AHR Expo was proud to contribute $19,600 toward replacing and upgrading air-handling systems at one of Jacksonville PAL’s facilities.
Three Records Have Been Broken Before the Show Opens

Show management has announced that, although the 2015 AHR Expo doesn’t open its doors until Jan. 26, three new all-time records have already been established for the world’s largest HVACR event.

Show management has announced that the 2014 International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo) in New York City, scheduled for Jan. 21-23, will be the largest HVACR exposition ever held in the Northeast.
Early indications are that the 2014 AHR Expo, set for New York City next Jan. 21-23, is on pace to be a record-breaking show, according to Clay Stevens, president of International Exposition Co., which produces and manages the expo.
