The conference offers both in-person and virtual attendance options, making it accessible to ASHRAE's international membership of over 50,000 professionals from 132 nations.

“The ASHRAE Annual Conference is more than just a meeting of minds, it's where best practices meet innovation,” said 2024–25 ASHRAE president M. Dennis Knight.

More than 2,050 HVACR industry professionals attended ASHRAE's 2023 conference in Tampa, Florida. New leadership for 2023-24 was introduced, and a new IAQ standard addressing infectious aerosols was adopted.
