Well, if you read our list, you know who the winners are. I can't imagine our readers not grabbing this issue to examine the Top 50 Distributor List. Everyone, human nature being what it is, is simply fascinated by lists.

Right from the start, I'm bending a rule. This column is really two parts that will seem unconnected, but if you stay with me, it will mesh nicely.

At least, not in the two that I examined. So I did a little bit of light research and came up with a definition that I think provides the context for this editorial.

OK, maybe my headline is a little strong and has a hint of hyperbole, but that’s what I get paid to do: Pull you in and then deliver.

He really is, and a “very good thing, too,” to invoke a quote that I’ve always enjoyed. For me, certainly, and hopefully for you also.

We are in the middle of year two for Distribution Center Magazine. It has been great fun so far and we really believe we are hitting our stride for distributors. We have met a lot of you at industry events and hope to meet even more in the near future.
