Thomas Tebbe has worn many hats, demonstrating unwavering dedication to advancing HVACR education and technician training, a press release from HVAC Excellence said. Tebbe was the national programs director at HVAC Excellence from 2002 to 2016.

In his new role at HVAC Excellence, James Crisp will oversee accreditation standards, processes, and the HVAC Excellence accreditation team.

The course is aimed at educating the HVAC industry on low-GWP refrigerants and the advanced equipment designed to utilize them.

The scholarships, which are for new instructors, were established to honor the memory of D. Brian Baker, an advocate for continued learning and professional development in the HVACR industry.

The four-hour ESCO A2L Refrigerant Safety Training Course is available by watching an introductory session that was recently livestreamed on YouTube.

Since September 2015, Silberstein has served as the director of technical education and standards at the ESCO Institute.

The momentous occasion took place on Jan. 17, when Miguel Zavala from Savannah, Georgia, visited Johnstone Supply in Savannah to take the Low GWP Refrigerant Safety Exam.

ESCO Group’s National HVACR Education Conference will take place March 20-22, 2023 at the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
