Josh Lake
Josh leads project operations and delivery at Elephant Energy, ensuring efficient, high-quality implementation of electrification upgrades across markets. With over 15 years of experience in clean energy and mobility operations, he brings deep expertise in field logistics, customer delivery systems, and operational scaling. Prior to co-founding Elephant, he led operations at Nuro, Evercar, and Amonix, building teams and processes for EV deployment, autonomous vehicle programs, and utility-scale solar. Josh combines technical execution with user-centered design to ensure electrification projects are implemented efficiently and equitably.
