Previously, Ryan co-founded LeafLink, the dominant B2B platform for wholesale cannabis, where he served as CEO and helped establish the infrastructure layer for legal cannabis commerce in the U.S. Under his leadership, the company raised over $300 million from top-tier investors including Lerer Hippeau, Thrive Capital, and Founders Fund - capturing more than 80% market share.

Before LeafLink, Ryan founded and successfully exited two companies, one of which was acquired by a publicly traded NYSE firm.
