Don Burroughs is an associate vice president and senior mechanical engineer with more than 35 years of experience. In his role as chief mechanical engineer for Dewberry, he manages the mechanical quality control/quality assurance plan and establishes design standards. Burroughs specializes in HVAC, plumbing, and controls primarily for health care facilities and university laboratories. He manages the design and production staff and all mechanical health care-related projects based in Dewberry’s Raleigh, North Carolina, office.
