Ron is a project manager for Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR), a Nashville-based engineering design and facility consulting firm with nine offices across the country. He is a senior mechanical engineer responsible for conceptual design, value engineering, systems coordination, and overall direction of projects. A long-time SSR employee, Holdaway has 31 years of experience and is a registered professional engineer in 18 states.
