Michelle Murphy is vice president of human resources at Trane Commercial Americas. Prior to her current role, Michelle was chief diversity officer and vice president at Talent Management. Murphy holds a master’s degree in instructional design and technology from Western Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and business from Illinois State University.
