Anuj Khanna

Anuj Khanna is Founder & CEO of Service 1^st Financial LLC, a leading provider of HVAC as a Service programs for residential HVAC contractors and their customers across the United States.  Mr. Khanna has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has served on the Board of Directors of nine companies.

Prior to founding Service 1^st in 2019, Mr. Khanna was a Principal with private equity firm, American Capital, Ltd. where he led the firm’s investment in Service Experts, the 2nd largest national provider of residential HVAC services with approx. $450MM in annual revenue and winner of Buyouts Magazine 2017 Turnaround Deal of the Year.  Mr. Khanna brings tremendous knowledge, experience, and business acumen in the residential HVAC sector. ​

Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Khanna was an Associate in the Restructuring Group at Evercore Partners and an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Los Angeles.​  Mr. Khanna received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a J.D. from Northwestern University’s School of Law, and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. ​
