Jo McGuire is executive director for Of Substance Media. She served on the Governor’s Task Force to regulate Amendment 64 in Colorado as a certified drug and alcohol technician. She serves on the board of directors for the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA), co-chairing the Marijuana Education Committee.
