The Siemens Building Technologies Division has launched Advantage Navigator, a software platform that the company said can track the long-term performance of a single facility or an entire portfolio of buildings.

The annual Lennox Home Energy Report Card survey found that 98 percent of homeowners are trying to conserve energy in some fashion, to either help save money and/or protect the environment. Half of homeowners (50 percent) gave their household a “B” when grading their household energy efficiency.

The partnership combines CEIVA’s HEMS with the Carrier smart ComfortChoice Touch thermostat to provide enhanced intelligence and control for both utility companies and homeowners.
