Americans continue to save money and improve their environmental footprint by using natural gas, according to the 2015 American Gas Association Playbook.
Optimum Energy, a provider of data-driven heating and cooling optimization solutions for enterprise facilities, announced that it has appointed Bert Valdman as president and chief executive officer. Valdman joins the company Energy from Edison International, where he was senior vice president and chief strategy officer.
A research group led by Jim Rawlings, the Paul A. Elfers professor, and W. Harmon Ray, professor of chemical and biological engineering, University of Wisconsin-Madison, has partnered with Johnson Controls to develop better HVAC control systems for large commercial buildings.
