Weather-Rite purchased Phoenix Air Systems, Owatonna, Minn. The company will conduct
the business under the trade name of Phoenix Air Systems™, which is associated
with the production of critical process air-handling equipment and related
products for the food industry and other critical air process industries.

The
Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) elected new officers and directors at its
General Membership Meeting on Sept. 26 in St. Louis. Peter Grinbergs of Nutech
Brands Inc., London, Ontario, was elected to serve a two-year term as HVI
chairman of the board.
