MILWAUKEE – Johnson Controls announced today it has acquired the assets of Triatek®, a manufacturer of innovative airflow solutions for critical environments across the globe. With the purchase of the Norcross, Georgia-based company’s portfolio, Johnson Controls is adding to its offering a range of HVAC airflow control systems that help healthcare and other critical research facilities reduce the spread of airborne contaminants and chemicals.

ST. LOUIS — Nortek Air Solutions is announcing a six percent price increase effective immediately to all product lines, with a range of 2-10 percent based on material and content type. This increase is in response to the US government issuing new tariffs on imported steel (25 percent) and imported aluminum (10 percent).
MILWAUKEE – Johnson Controls announced that it will raise prices for the HVAC Equipment business to offset the continued increase in commodity costs. Price increases will range from 5-12 percent and impact the company’s equipment manufactured in its North American plants.
