Company says $8.2B deal will enhance its automation business

Emerson, a global technology and software company, has agreed to purchase National Instruments Corp. (NI), a provider of testing and measurement tools, for about $8.2 billion, or $60 per share in cash.
The global business mentoring and coaching organization will host virtual and in-person seminars aimed at training home service dispatchers, techs, trainers, and the leadership team.
Fexa believes the acquisition will help the company deliver on its mission of helping facilities and operations teams leverage technology to drive better business outcomes.
The new and updated job tasks resulted from a job task analysis study, which included an industry-wide survey in which respondents were asked to rate how important and frequently the job tasks are performed.
