Kenneth “Kenny” Bernhard, CEO of Bernhard Mechanical, announced that he will retire at the end of the year. Bernhard will continue to serve as a board member and shareholder of Bernhard LLC and as a consultant to Bernhard Mechanical through 2019 when the company will celebrate its 100 year anniversary.

Comfort Systems USA Inc., a leading provider of commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC services, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the remaining 40 percent noncontrolling interest in Environmental Air Systems (EAS), headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, effective Jan. 1, 2016.
