Illinois and Wisconsin Adopt Latest NFPA Safety Code

The states of Illinois and Wisconsin have chosen to adopt the most recent edition of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 101, Life Safety CodeÒ. The code provides minimum building design, construction, operation, and maintenance requirements necessary to protect building occupants from danger caused by fire, smoke, and toxic fumes.
