The former bookkeeper for Niehoff/Dunco Heating and Cooling admitted to embezzling more than $265,000 on checks drawn on her employer’s bank account. Her boss, Wayne Duncan, almost went out of business because of the crime. He learned a valuable lesson from the painful experience.

NATE Enters Into Key Agreement With UA

The most important tool for today’s HVACR contractor is not being used all that much. It is a complex tool and is not carried on a technician’s tool belt. To use it, the technician needs to get recovered refrigerant from the jobsite to a reclamation facility. It is that getting from Point A to Point B that is causing concern in the industry today.

Ice Breaker: Liquid ‘Push-Pull' Recovery Method

There are several methods that can be used to recover refrigerant from a system. The most common is the vapor recovery method. A faster method of recovering refrigerant is to remove the refrigerant in its liquid form. One method of recovering liquid refrigerant is the “push-pull” method.
