AirClic Time Management is a mobile application that combines the paperless collection of mobile time, attendance, payroll, and project information with a robust time and labor management application, according to the company. This gives users a seamless collection and processing of mobile payroll and project data. Using a cell phone and an attached Motorola AC25 bar code scanning device, or other mobile devices such as a PDA or Blackberry, the user scans bar codes representing critical job-related information such as time, location, project status, task, events, and individual and work crew assignments. The data is transmitted back to headquarters over a wireless network and uploaded onto secure servers. The data collected from the field provides management with the ability to make immediate adjustments to a job in order to keep it on budget and on schedule, said the company.
