Trane Adds to Parts Line
These products will be provided by Kele Inc. of Memphis, Tenn. Trane and its partner are also consolidating program products into a single, 800-page catalog to facilitate specification and ordering.
Under the program, Kele will offer same-day shipping from an inventory of controls and related products from brand-name manufacturers. Other program features include: Overnight deliveries via Federal Express; availability of seven full-time technicians to take orders and answer questions at a toll-free telephone number from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Central time; technical support from expert engineers and sales representatives; custom calibrations and valve assembly; and an Underwriters Laboratory panel shop.
The new catalog is available in both printed and digital formats and permits searching for needed controls by application or model number.
"This tool will give its user everything he or she needs to specify and sell controls," said Jim Kornemann, Trane global parts marketing and category management leader. "We expect it to become a point of destination for schools, hospitals, or any customer sourcing a controls product."
