Former Trane sales managers George Koutsos and Eric Berkowitz formed McQuay New York to represent manufacturers in New York City, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Queens, Long Island, and Westchester. A service company will cover New York and New Jersey.

According to Berkowitz, the company will be staffed at startup with a minimum of 10 sales engineers, three project engineers, two service salesmen, and 11 service technicians.
