A new dielectric isolation valve kit is now available. Easy-to-install kit components ensure pump isolation and easy removal of circulators for replacement or service work by eliminating the need to drain and refill the entire hydronic system. The kit's composite, thermoplastic dielectric sleeve eliminates the risk of corrosion of system components from the interaction of dissimilar metals. The kit also includes a corrosion-resistant brass body and chrome-plated ball valve; a rotating flange for ease of alignment; one-quarter-turn open-close lever handle design for positive, leak-free shutoff; full port ball valve for unrestricted flow; and all installation hardware. Available sizes include 1/2- to 1-1/2-inch NPT, and 1/2- to 1-1/2-inch sweat. All kit components are rated for 230°F (110°C), and maximum pressure of 150 psi.
