The AES-1000 aerosol monitor has an easy-to-read display that continuously shows the current air cleanliness level (equivalent of Class 100 to Class 100,000) by using a scale of one to 10. The monitor can be set up anywhere to check the particulate levels in the air. It is designed to link to an Ethernet system, and can use existing LAN cable in the building. The alarm comes on when the setting level goes beyond the required cleanliness level, while the monitor gives alarm signal output. The upward draft airflow generated by the built-in heater enables air sampling of approximately 0.26 gallons per minute. The unit monitors particle sizes of 0.3µm and larger.
