The Management Suite's ePortal is an Internet-based information hub that is dedicated to the company's client who manages and controls the flow of information to and from the client's customers. It is comprised of four elements: Report Viewer, File sharing, News, and Web Forms. With Report Viewer, the client can provide its customers with access to information from Management Suites, such as account balance and service history. Clients can share Windows®-compatible files for their customers to view or download in the Files section. Web Forms allows the customer to send work order requests, etc. The News section allows the company's clients to post pertinent information, such as hours of operation and new products and services. Access to account information is strictly controlled by the administrator, who also controls user access by person, company, and role within the business.
