The FasNSeal® W2 AL29-4C double-wall direct vent system is designed as a commercial and light industrial vent system for high-efficiency Category III and IV gas- or propane-fired appliances. The airspace between the flue gas conduit and jacket is 1/2 inch. This airspace allows for reduced clearance to combustibles, better performance in unheated environments, and added stability for long vent runs, the manufacturer says. According to the company, the gasket and mechanical locking band built into each part allow for a fast, clean, airtight, and watertight installation. The system is available in diameters of 3 to 16 inches.
