The national award recognizes TMs for doing Whatever It Takes to increase sales and territory, acquire new accounts, maintain and build relationships, and understand customers' needs, the company said. Slater was selected based on his overall sales, sales mix, and sales growth over the last year.
In addition to TM of the Year, Slater was recognized for achieving the highest volume of sales of equipment using PuronÂ® refrigerant and the highest dollar amount of Perfect Heatâ„¢ and Perfect Humidityâ„¢ sales.
