Armstrong Hot Water Group, a division of Armstrong International (www.armstrong-intl.com), has announced the appointment of Mechanical Solutions, South Windsor, Conn., as a Hot Water Group Specialist representing its full range of water temperature controls in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

"Mechanical Solutions is perfectly positioned to achieve market penetration according to our vision," said Paul Knight, director of marketing for the Armstrong Hot Water Group. "Armstrong products place Legionella prevention and user safety at the forefront of hot water system design and maintenance," he said.

Mechanical Solutions has sales representatives in South Windsor; Providence, R.I.; Boston; and Canaan, N.H. The company will operate in conjunction with Armstrong's New England sales office.
