The handheld 3016 IAQ is a particle counter and user interface for the IAQ industry. It is for detecting and verifying particle sources in applications such as filter testing, pretesting prior to CIH certification, baseline studies, and validation of HVAC duct cleanliness, says the company. It displays six channels of particle data in either cumulative or differential mode, as well as temperature and relative humidity data. The unit has a memory for storing data of up to 3,000 records. It offers a graphical interface displayed on a backlit LCD touch-screen display. Data is downloaded using the LMS Xchange software.
