The LG Series oil/gas furnaces have heating capacities of 225,000 to 450,000 Btuh. Models are ordered by job requirements: output capacity, vertical or horizontal installation, oil or gas fuel. Burners are ordered separately. The oil burner comes with a stainless steel flame retention head, oil valve, two-stage fuel pump, and primary safety relay. The gas burner features integrated safety controls, heavy-duty construction, and flame retention head. Units can be converted from one fuel source to another at a later date, and natural gas models can be converted to LP gas in the field with a conversion kit. The energy-efficiency rating is 81 percent AFUE. The twin blowers are mounted on rails and removable panels. Features include a 14-gauge stainless steel heat exchanger; 14-gauge aluminized steel front header box, and 16-gauge steel blower deck and base frame.
