Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2004: Danfoss Introduces New Technology, New Partner
The company's new ACR technology involves a compressor design for an older but once again interesting refrigerant, CO2. In addition, the company introduced harmonic filters for its drives, which are said to largely filter out harmonic line distortions.
The company also announced a strategic aftermarket partnership with Johnstone Supply, as well as a joint venture come to fruition with Japanese manufacturer Sagimoniya, for the distribution of Sagimoniya's products, which include cartridge controls, condenser fan speed controls, pressure sensors, and four-way valves for heat pumps.
