The Xgard gas detector features a universal junction box and replacement sensors. The unit monitors for combustible, toxic, and oxygen hazards. A two-year sensor is available for oxygen monitoring. For combustible gas monitoring at high temperatures, a detector with an operating range of up to 302 degrees F (150 degrees C) is offered. The standard junction box has lugs for both wall and ceiling mounting. A choice of four cable gland sizes allows installation on any site, says the company. The detector takes a range of accessories for harsh or wet conditions, as well as a collector cone for lighter-than-air gases.
