The new residential ductless mini-split air conditioners offer flexible installation, quiet operation, and high energy efficiency, the company says. Using a connecting pipe, the outdoor unit can be placed up to 82 feet away from the indoor unit; the indoor unit even can be installed on a wall that does not face outdoors, the manufacturer says. The split air conditioners feature a cross-flow fan, which increases airflow to all corners of the room. An air purifying filter traps small airborne particles such as dust, pollen, and tobacco smoke. A charcoal, solar, refreshing deodorizing filter absorbs tobacco smoke, pet dander, and other contaminants, to remove odors from the air it circulates. Features include an airflow direction control, auto restart, 24-hour on-off real setting timer, anticorrosion condenser, and top panel maintenance access.
