WASHINGTON - The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association (PHCC) has added a few more education opportunities during its annual convention, to be held in Boston Oct. 12-16, 2004.

The topics and speakers include:

"Making It Work: Finances and Workforce," by Mike Maynard, Quality Service Contractors business management coach.

"Taming Donkeys and Elephants in Your State Capitol," by Lake Coulson, PHCC vice president of government relations.

"Winning the Change Order Game," by Kirk Alter, director of PHCC Educational Foundation Management training courses.

This year's convention also will introduce a youth activity program offered by the PHCC National Auxiliary.
