The board of directors for Chromalox Inc. (Pittsburgh) appointed Anthony T. Castor III as president and chief executive officer of the company.

Due to a recent acquisition, Air Vent Inc. (Dallas) has now become a subsidiary of Gibraltar (Buffalo, N.Y.). Air Vent was previously a subsidiary of CertainTeed Corporation.
