FALLS CHURCH, Va. - Members of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association (PHCC) will address the rising cost of insurance and how it affects their businesses during the organization's March 25 Legislative Day.

Some legislators are scheduled to speak with PHCC members during a morning breakfast program at the Capitol Hill Club. Sen. Jim Talent (R-Mo.) and Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) are scheduled to attend. Sen. Sam Brownback (R-Kan.) will discuss unfair utility competition.

The day will include an afternoon visit with lawmakers to discuss the high cost of health and other insurance. They will also speak with legislators about association health plans.
