The company has ported its FX Mobile® application to the Microsoft Pocket PC platform in this release of the Enterprise software suite. Version 3.5 allows information to be recorded on the mobile device at the time of service and automatically sent to the server as soon as the wireless connection is re-established. FX Interchange™ has been improved so as to reduce the time needed to integrate the company’s software to existing business systems, the company says. According to the company, more than 50 new report configurations have been added to the FX Service Center® service management module, which gives customers quicker and easier access to the data they need, with minimal customization.
