The Lynergy Comfort Control proportional electric heater eliminates the overheating and underheating of the zone by providing as much heat as is needed to satisfy the zone, the manufacturer says. The heater uses rapid-responding solid-state relays to convey the signal. Those relays are controlled by the Lynergy Comfort Controller, which accepts several input signal types. The heater has an optional discharge temperature sensor. This sensor allows the heater's controller to limit the electric heater's maximum discharge temperature and meets the requirements of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers standards.
