'Focus On The Customer' Is Theme Of HRAI Meeting

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - "Focus on the Customer" is the theme for the Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada's (HRAI) 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held Aug. 25-27 at Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, Ontario.

This meeting will continue to build on the highly successful format of the 2004 meeting, providing delegates with outstanding business sessions that will meet the needs of HRAI's three divisions - Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors of Canada (HRAC), the Canadian Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Wholesalers (CHRAW), and the HRAI Manufacturers Division and associate members.

AGM registration packages will be available in May.
